Attention! The connector is a male connector. Pulling out the male connector will make it a female connector (which can be pulled out if you don't need it), as shown in picture 3.

The RGB remote controller is compatible and can be used with 5050, 2835, and 3528 LED RGB light strips. It is specifically designed for 4-pin LED strips.

The LED light adapter has an input voltage of 110-240V and an output of DC 12V/2A (a US LED power supply adapter is included). If your light strip requires a 24V power supply voltage, please note that our power supply is 12V. When connected to your light strip, the brightness of the light strip may be dim or it may not work at all.

Please note the following: 1. Pull out the plastic cover on the bottom of the remote before use. 2. Connect the control box output port to the LED strip (the arrows between the control box and strip connector should be in the same position). 3. The remote should be aimed at the IR receiver without any obstacles. 4. Indoor use only, keep away from water.

If the buttons don't control the right colors, you can try the following: 1. Press the remote control switch button to turn off the light strip. 2. Then press the FADE7 button (the last button on the right), and the light strip will flash. 3. Press the switch button to turn on the light strip, and the buttons should now control the correct colors. If not, repeat the above steps.
