Product Features

• Unique Connector Design: The connector is a male connection. It can be easily pulled out to become a female connector (useful if you don't need it) – as illustrated in Picture 3.
• RGB Remote Controller: Perfectly suited for 5050, 2835, and 3528 LED RGB light strips.
• Input and Output Specifications: Input voltage: 110-240V; Output voltage: DC 12V/2A (US power supply adapter included).
• Voltage Compatibility: If your light strip requires 24V, our 12V power supply will dim the light or make it non-functional.

Quick Setup and Usage

• Plastic Cover Removal: Before use, remove the plastic cover from the bottom of the remote.
• Proper Connection: Connect the output port of the box with the LED strip. Ensure the arrows on the control box and LED strip connector are aligned.
• Remote Use: Aim the remote control at the IR receiver, ensuring there are no obstacles.
• Usage Environment: Use only indoors and keep away from water.

Troubleshooting

• Incorrect Color Control: If the buttons do not control the correct colors, try:
• Step 1: Turn off the light strip using the switch button.
• Step 2: Press the FADE7 button (the last button below the right) to flash the light strip.
• Step 3: Turn the light strip back on using the switch button. The buttons should now control the correct colors.
• Repeat if Necessary: If the issue persists, repeat the steps above.
